Job Description
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy maintenance environment by adhering to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations; immediately addressing issues and alerting others regarding potential concerns.
- Supervise maintenance employee outcomes by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates. Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions, and recommends compensation actions, adhering to defined policies and procedures.
- Accomplish maintenance requirements by orienting, assigning, and coaching employees.
- Meet maintenance standards by following productivity and quality standards; resolving problems.
- Work with a cross functional team to meet cost standards by implementing cost-saving actions.
- Fulfill shift operations plans by receiving operational report from previous shift and allocating resources, in addition to fulfilling current operational plan.
- Complete shift operations by monitoring maintenance services, reallocating resources, and solving operational problems.
- Document maintenance services by completing forms, reports, logs, and records, ensuring accuracy of data.
- Contribute to maintenance and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or similar.
- 8 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Maintenance experience in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatics
- 2 years of experience working in a leadership position
- Ability to work across multiple shifts
