- Currently enrolled fulltime at an accredited educational institution or technical school.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Available to work at least 40 hours per week
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Graduation date of December 2026 or later
