We are seeking a Transportation | Fleet Manager to oversee AABR’s vehicle fleet operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will:

• Manage all daily fleet operations, including scheduling, allocation, compliance (registration, insurance, regulations), and record-keeping (usage, maintenance, compliance, financial transactions).
• Coordinate all maintenance and repairs with vendors, ensuring quality and timeliness, and personally handling vehicle transport for service.
• Oversee and enforce risk management through safety policies, training (defensive driving, onboarding), accident reporting/claims, and managing vehicle tracking systems (GPS, dash cameras, EZ Pass, fuel cards).
• Handle all administrative logistics, including procurement, lease management, financial paperwork (invoices, purchase orders), and permits/placards.
• Serve as the primary liaison with vendors, leasing companies, insurance brokers, and regulatory bodies.

We require:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet, facilities, or transportation management.
• Qualified & Valid NYS Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, leasing, compliance, and accident response.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in nonprofit or human services organizations.
• Experience developing and implementing safety/driver training programs.
