We are seeking a Transportation | Fleet Manager to oversee AABR’s vehicle fleet operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will:
- Manage all daily fleet operations, including scheduling, allocation, compliance (registration, insurance, regulations), and record-keeping (usage, maintenance, compliance, financial transactions).
- Coordinate all maintenance and repairs with vendors, ensuring quality and timeliness, and personally handling vehicle transport for service.
- Oversee and enforce risk management through safety policies, training (defensive driving, onboarding), accident reporting/claims, and managing vehicle tracking systems (GPS, dash cameras, EZ Pass, fuel cards).
- Handle all administrative logistics, including procurement, lease management, financial paperwork (invoices, purchase orders), and permits/placards.
- Serve as the primary liaison with vendors, leasing companies, insurance brokers, and regulatory bodies.
We require:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet, facilities, or transportation management.
- Qualified & Valid NYS Driver’s License.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, leasing, compliance, and accident response.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in nonprofit or human services organizations.
- Experience developing and implementing safety/driver training programs.
