ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts; drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and planning efficiency
- Own the consolidated financial outlook and maintain driver-based models, including long-range planning, scenario analysis, and sensitivities
- Partner with senior leaders to align financial plans with strategic priorities and operational goals
- Analyze financial results against budget and forecast, identify key drivers of variances and recommend corrective actions to improve outcomes
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators, providing regular, insight-driven reporting to leadership
- Prepare executive and board materials that clearly communicate financial insights and support strategic decisions
- Drive improvements in FP&A processes, systems, and data quality to enable scalability and consistency
- Act as a hands-on leader, owning complex analyses while guiding team deliverables
- Foster a positive team culture by promoting respectful interactions, collaboration, and contributions toward achieving department and organizational goals
- Incorporate AAA’s vision, mission and values in day-to-day activities and behaviors; guide and motivate others to remain committed to AAA’s vision mission and values
- Manage and develop a small FP&A team, providing coaching, prioritization, and performance feedback
- Lead the team while contributing directly to complex analyses and deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Business, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent experience
- 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting experience
- Experience in travel, insurance, subscription membership, and/or service organizations
- Proven experience using FP&A and budgeting systems to manage forecasting and modeling
- Experience building or improving FP&A processes and tools
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred.
- Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and accounting principles
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
- Ability to translate data into clear, business-relevant insights
- Ability to be agile, able to adapt to situations that involve rapidly changing tasks, shifting priorities, competing demands, or transitions into new assignments.
- Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with team members and with partners across all departments.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Ability to establish, nurture, and optimize key internal and external partnerships and influence organizational change.
- Hiring Range: $120,666 - $144,840
- Eligible for a Senior Manager bonus based on company performance.

- The physical environment is typical of a standard office space. It requires the employee to work inside for the duration of work. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, sitting for more than 50% of the time. This position will require occasionally moving about inside the office to access equipment, cabinets, etc. May work around office equipment which could be noisy, such as copiers and fax machines.
