The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting members and customers with their inquiries and providing an exceptional experience. Responsibilities include providing customer support, addressing member needs, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. This is a part-time on-site role located in Westland, MI, requiring direct interaction with members and ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately.
- Strong background in Customer Service, including effectively addressing inquiries and assisting customers
