AAA Spa & Pool is seeking hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team as Swimming Pool Liner Installer Helpers. This position assists with the installation of both inground (IG) and above-ground (AG) swimming pool liners.
This is a seasonal, full-time position that requires long hours during our busy summer months, often in extreme weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation of inground and above-ground pool liners
- Perform manual labor, including lifting and pulling heavy materials repetitively
- Clean debris out of pools
- Maintain quality control standards on all installations
- Complete and return paperwork to the office in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Use basic tools (shovels, drills, etc.) safely and properly
- Attend required company meetings and training sessions
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and hygiene
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work long hours in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Above-average communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be prompt and punctual

- Some weekend work may be required
