Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer, based in Oak Creek, WI. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. Key responsibilities include developing fixturing designs, programming CNC machines using GibbsCam, analyzing production data, improving workflows, developing best manufacturing practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across all operations. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining detailed documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of CNC Programming.
- Technical expertise in Fixture Design and related problem-solving approaches.
- Hands-on experience with CNC Machining and related tools in precision applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively on-site and within cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001 standards is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail in technical documentation
