- Experience in client relations and costumer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills to handle client concerns and provide personalized service.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with pet owners to increase loyalty and referrals.
3. Business & Operations knowledge
- Understanding of scheduling, inventory management, and business operations.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.

4. Pet Care Expertise
- Knowledge of pet behavior, health and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with different pet breeds and their specific care requirements.
- Experience in handling emergencies and first-aid procedures for animals
5. Marketing & Sales Skills
- Ability to create and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Knowledge of social media, promotions, and community engagement.
- Experience in upselling services and increasing customer retention.
6. Tech-Savvy & Organizational Skills
- Proficiency in using scheduling software, CRM systems, and basic bookkeeping tools.
