Supervisor, Fleet Services

AAA Oregon/Idaho is looking for experienced Fleet Supervisors to join our team!

Under the guidance of our Fleet Operations Manager, our Fleet Supervisors are responsible for coordinating daily activities of our roadside Tow and Battery Technicians to provide effective emergency roadside service to members. In this role, you will ensure adequate staffing and vehicle operations to meet service delivery needs. You will prepare daily work assignments, monitor service delays, and assist with service delivery as needed. Most importantly, this role coaches, supports and provides leadership to our highly valued Fleet Services team. 

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This position supervises approximately 15-25 employees and serves as a member of the leadership team.

Location

• This is an onsite full-time role based out of our SE Portland (off I-205) Fleet location

Shifts Available. 

We are a 24/7/365 operation with the following shift for this supervisory position:

• Sunday through Thursday, 6:00am to 3:00pm

Starting Pay

• Starting salary is $60,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes quarterly incentive plan and differentials for Spanish/English bilingual team members and shift differential for working one weekend day. 

Desired Skills

• College degree preferred or 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Training and supervisory skills required in related automotive and transportation fields.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills required.
• Ability to work with a diverse employee and membership group in an equitable and inclusive manner.
• Familiarity with basic automotive and towing operations.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
