AAA Smart Home Sales Agents receive:
- Starting Pay: $23.00 guaranteed hourly rate plus uncapped commission potential (Total average first year earnings range from $60K to 100K)
- Full Time: 40 Hours a week position with Holidays off!
- Training Info: 4 weeks paid training
- Schedule: We offer a great full-time schedule, perfect for those who enjoy their evenings, weekends, and holidays off! Enjoy a remote work environment working from home
- Drive sales through outbound call campaigns and achieve monthly assigned sales goals.
- Provide an exceptional member experience with each member interaction.
- Source and develop leads while consistently following-up on leads and unsold quotes by phone and e-mail
- Utilize sales skills to upsell products based on the members' individual needs.
- Be an effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
- High school diploma/GED (required)
- Minimum of 1-2 years' direct work experience in inside or outside sales capacity
- Be self-motivated and results driven
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with Members
- Excellent multitasking and computer skills
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Successful completion of criminal, education, and employment background screen
- Paid time off resulting in 17 days within your first year
- 24 hours of Paid Volunteer Time annually
