Job Description:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, achieving assigned sales revenue goals, and representing our portfolio of technology solutions to new and existing customer accounts. This role will involve strategic prospecting, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and driving revenue through upselling and contract renewals.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Prospect new business opportunities through focused, revenue-generating strategies.
- Drive sales growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
- Maintain, grow, and lead revenue for an assigned base through upselling and cross-selling efforts.
- Ensure successful contract renewals using targeted retention strategies.
- Leverage sales tools and resources to build and manage a robust pipeline.
- Position and present our solutions effectively within your assigned accounts and verticals.
- Develop and nurture referral and networking relationships.
- Foster strong relationships with our partners and vendors.
- Consistently focus on achieving sales results while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision, driving sales above target thresholds.
- Actively pursue new product line sales to expand revenue streams.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in outside sales.
- Experience in managed IT services, technology solutions, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Ability and willingness to conduct face-to-face prospecting calls.
- Self-motivated and driven to earn above-average income.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to mine existing customer databases for additional sales opportunities.
- Proven track record of generating and managing new accounts.
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Required Skills:
- Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills when interacting with both internal teams and external clients.
- Self-starter with the ability to implement a territory sales strategy with minimal supervision.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
