The Manager of Campaign & Marketing Analytics is responsible for driving marketing ROI through the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various sources. This critical role evaluates the effectiveness of marketing efforts and leads a professional staff dedicated to reporting and strategic insights. By collaborating with cross-functional teams—including product management, digital marketing, IT, and analytics—the Manager sets clear expectations for measuring and reporting on tactical marketing activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.

The Manager of Campaign & Marketing Analytics is responsible for driving marketing ROI through the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various sources. This critical role evaluates the effectiveness of marketing efforts and leads a professional staff dedicated to reporting and strategic insights. By collaborating with cross-functional teams—including product management, digital marketing, IT, and analytics—the Manager sets clear expectations for measuring and reporting on tactical marketing activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Essential Functions
- Campaign/Marketing Reporting:
- Responsible for development of dashboards and reports that connect marketing performance to business outcomes such as lead generation, pipeline progression, Member engagement, and ROI.
- Brings expertise, or identifies subject matter experts, in support of multi-functional marketing efforts across all tactics and strategies.
- Support the marketing team in tracking and reporting on campaign performance by providing tools, guidance, and best practices that foster greater self-sufficiency.
- Collaborate on defining and maintaining standards for data tagging, field usage, etc. to streamline reporting and measurement.
- Team Management:
- Accountable for prioritization, quality of work, and impact of work produced by the Marketing Analytics team.
- Leverages strong collaboration with peers in the broader Member Experience, Marketing, Analytics, and IT teams.
- Effective communication and development of team members to enhance the impact of club's communication to Members and prospects.
- Insights & Solutions:
- Provides recommendations and solutions for both short and long term actions to executive management.
- Provides meaningful insights that enable tangible improvements, inform strategic decisions, and optimize campaign performance.
- Intellectually curious, highly collaborative, and has a bias toward action.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with both digital and analog campaign management and end-to-end attribution.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud/SF MCE, SF Data Cloud/Data 360 and Google Analytics, Supermetrics, etc.
- Excellent data visualization and reporting skills (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Demonstrated talent for effectively presenting data insights and complicated issues to a range of audiences including executive level presentations.
- Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as GA4.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7 years of experience as a professional in marketing analytics, campaign analytics, or digital analytics.
- 3 years of supervisory experience.
Salary : $158,958 - $238,437
