AAA Minneapolis Insurance Agency is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative - Life & Health to join our growing remote team. This role is responsible for driving agency growth by selling Medicare products during enrollment periods and life insurance during the off-season. We are seeking candidates based in the Duluth, MN area who have a strong understanding of the local healthcare system as we continue to expand our market presence. This position is fully remote and includes comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a stable, year-round income opportunity.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 per year (Base Commission)
First-year commissions and bonus are expected to be around $50,000, with our top earners making $75,000 in commission and bonus last year.

Requirements
- Licensing: Must hold an active Life and Health Insurance license
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales, particularly in health and life sectors.

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support and policy guidance
- Utilize quoting tools and CRM systems to deliver accurate, compliant proposals and track client activity
