We are partnering with a leading global quantitative trading firm to hire a Business Analyst for their Chicago office.

This opportunity offers broad exposure to regulatory, compliance, and legal matters within a fast-paced proprietary trading business supporting APAC markets
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile daily trading and business activity with internal teams, brokers, and exchanges, resolving discrepancies and ensuring accurate records.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and support business scalability.
- Analyze business performance and operational data to support strategic decision-making and management reporting.
- Research new business opportunities, market developments, and industry trends relevant to the firm's growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with exchanges, brokers, vendors, and other external counterparties.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support new initiatives, process improvements, and business expansion
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a strong analytical focus
- Expertise in Excel and other similar software.
- Interest in researching new opportunities and developing relationships with business partners.
- Flexibility with hours to support working in a global environment
- 2-5 years' experience in finance and trading.
