Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager located in Commerce City, CO. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, ensure efficient office workflow, and provide administrative support to staff and management. Responsibilities include managing office equipment and supplies, handling incoming communications, coordinating schedules, supervising office staff, and ensuring office procedures are followed. The Office Manager will also provide exceptional customer service and maintain an organized, professional office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and external partners.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including the ability to handle schedules, manage procedures, and oversee daily operations efficiently.
- Experience with Office Equipment and organizational tools to support office functionality.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with relevant computer and office software systems.
- An associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially within the fire protection or service industry, is an advantage.
