About the Estimator/Project Manager Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong estimating and project management experience in the commercial construction or facilities maintenance industry.
Estimator/Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bid services and prepare cost estimates for commercial clients.
- Conduct site visits, assessments, and bid document reviews.
- Manage the proposal process from start to finish.
- Review Zoho or designated database for new bid requests.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate labor, materials, and subcontractor services needed for repairs or improvements.
- Prepare fair and accurate cost analyses and pricing proposals.
Estimator/Project Manager Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong background in commercial construction estimating 3 plus years.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
