Financial Analyst III

We are currently looking to hire an experienced detailed oriented Senior Financial Analyst for an onsite role at our Costa Mesa, CA Headquarters, on the Financial Analysis and Reporting team. In this role, you will support the organization’s Corporate Finance unit by developing financial analysis models, analyzing profitability, reporting accurate data to executives, managing analysis projects, presenting findings to executives, querying large data sets, and analyzing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for management.

What You’ll Do:

• You will prepare, analyze, and coordinate executive reporting and financial analysis.
• You’ll be responsible for reviewing, identifying, and working with other departments to build profitability models and present ideas to increase revenue or reduce expenses.
• You will perform Ad Hoc Analysis and querying data, as needed, and be able to explain the data effectively.
• You’ll be responsible for creating Power Point slides and clearly presenting your analysis results to executives and management.
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business/economics, or accounting.
• To thrive in this role, you will have a minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate budgeting and forecasting, or accounting.
• You will need to have a strong understanding of accounting concepts, processes, and profitability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, be a motivated self-starter and detail oriented.
• Advanced Excel skills are required. Excel modeling experience required.
• Additional technical skills such as Data Analysis, SQL, Snowflake, AWS, Tableau/Power BI, and Power Query are preferred.
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion or Essbase is a plus.
• Teamwork, leadership, interpersonal, multitask management and presentation skills.
• Must be a great communicator who can confidently present data, analysis, and slides.
• Candidate must also be willing to work occasional extra hours to meet deadlines.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$92,600.00 - $123,600.00
