Pay Rate: 50 - 59/HR
Hours: M-F 7:30am - 4pm with some on-call work as OT

- 135,000 sq feet, 2 story office building
Team Overview:
This is independent work but will report into the FM
Resource's typical working day:
PM's on HVAC equipment
General maintenance work/PM's
Moving furniture
Ceiling tile repair
Basic electrical work
Basic plumbing
Maintain refrigeration/freezers
Set up for events
Licenses/Certifications:
06A license - Required
Universal Refrigerant license - Required
City of Seattle Refrigerant license - Highly preferred
