Commercial Real Estate Assistant

Day to day tasks:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Assist visitors with registration and check-in procedures
Provide general reception and front desk support
Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions.
Serve as an information and communication manager for the office.
Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and basic bookkeeping.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including emails and faxes.
Prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Maintain organized and confidential records and information.
Work independently and manage time effectively.
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support daily administrative activities.

Required Skills:
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office applications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor in a front-office environment
