AA Total Painting is looking for a high-energy, reliable Customer Success Representative (CSR) who can handle communication, scheduling, and follow-up in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
This role is essential to keeping the business running smoothly. You’ll be the main point of contact for many of our customers.
- Respond to inbound leads (calls, texts, emails, website inquiries)
- Reach out to new leads quickly and professionally
- Schedule estimates and appointments efficiently
- Follow up with prospects and customers
- Send confirmations, reminders, and emails
- Keep our CRM updated and organized
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams
- Ensure every customer has a smooth and positive experience

- Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
