Job Responsibilities:
- Review accounts and determine the best course of action for debt repayment
- Produce phone calls and assess the financial situation of the consumer
- Create a debt repayment plan
- Establish payment arrangements consistent with company and client guidelines
- Document information and activity using our collection software
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in accounts receivable and financial concepts
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong mathematical skills
- Attention to detail
- High School Diploma
