Assistant Industrial Maintenance Manager Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment.
- Assist in developing and managing the maintenance department budget, including cost control measures and expenditure tracking.
- Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.

Assistant Industrial Maintenance Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the metals industry.
