Construction Bookkeeper
AA&H Glass & Mirror is seeking a reliable and organized Construction Bookkeeper to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Create and send customer invoices
• Process vendor bills and payments
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks
• Track job costs and project expenses
• Assist with payroll processing
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments
• Organize financial documents and company records
• Support office administration as needed
Requirements
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Experience with QuickBooks required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in construction, glass, or contracting industry preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Compensation
• $22 to $28 per hour, based on experience
• Full time position
