Position Summary
Provide high-quality outpatient care, manage an established caseload, and collaborate with a rehab team to deliver patient-centered treatment.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation
· Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
· Collaborate with chiropractors and rehab providers
· Manage patient caseload efficiently
· Educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation
· Contribute to program development
Required Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in Iowa
2 years outpatient/private practice experience
Orthopedic/sports rehab experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
