Keystone Area Education Agency is seeking qualified Physical Therapist candidates for an opening beginning with the next school year.
At Keystone, physical therapists partner with educators, families, and communities to support student mobility, access, and physical development. This role focuses on helping students fully participate in educational environments by addressing physical challenges that impact learning, independence, and engagement.
Position Overview
Physical Therapists provide evaluation, consultation, and direct physical therapy services to students who demonstrate challenges in gross motor development, mobility, positioning, and functional access within the school environment.
This role emphasizes collaboration with school teams and families, implementation of evidence-based practices, and individualized service delivery aligned with student needs.
Physical Therapists work across multiple districts and settings, supporting students from birth to age 21 through assessment, intervention planning, and ongoing progress monitoring while maintaining strong communication with school personnel and families.
This position will be contracted for either 193 days or 210 days, based on the best fit for the selected candidate and the needs of the Agency.
