What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Support Technician position at A3 Solutions?
This is a 5-6 week project on the Lowe's account. Below are the details on the project scope:
- Project is set to begin on ASAP, so we need to identify these candidates quickly.
- These individuals will be paired with a Full-Time CompuCom associate each day.
- These individuals will work a set schedule each week, visiting anywhere between 8-10 stores each week depending on which route is being supported.
- During each store visit, the tech will be tasked with completing 4 Point of Sale terminal, Preventive maintenance deep cleanings. Detailed instructions and training will be provided.
- Each store has anywhere from 16-24 POS terminals that will need to be serviced. The goal is to complete all terminals in each of the assigned stores over 5-6 weeks.
- This project tech will run the same schedule as the CompuCom Technician. While the CompuCom tech is working other activities in the store, the Project tech will be focused on completing these PM services.
- Tech will need reliable transportation to travel to and from the stores daily.
- Lowe's reserves the right to dismiss the candidate if they do not feel they are meeting expectations.
