Job Location: 16th St & University Dr.
Job Schedule: Friday-Sunday 6am-6:30pm (OT is Mandatory)
Job Pay: $18.00
A2Z Workforce Solutions is actively seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) lumpers for a large, busy tire warehouse in South Phoenix. This is a physical role with mandatory overtime opportunities. Punctuality and reliability are must-haves for this position. In this role, you will:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Report to lead person at beginning of shift for production schedule.
- Load and unload tires
- Order picking / order selecting
- Attendance and punctuality are VITAL
- Contribute to safety culture, obey all safety policies and operating procedures
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 80 pounds
- Work on feet for extended periods of time
Requirements
- 1 year of prior work experience operating a cherry picker lift
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check (NO THEFT)
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be bilingual.
- Above average scanning accuracy
- Neat and well organized
- Ability to lift up-to 80 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet.
- Work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Basic computer/RF scanner experience
