Pay: $18.00 (weekly pay)
Schedule: Monday - Friday with rotating Saturday's (OT is Mandatory), 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm, Saturday's 5:00 am - 2:00 pm

A2Z Workforce is hiring Experienced Reach Truck / Cherry Picker Operators for a fast-paced warehouse in Mendota Heights. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a respected company offering great long-term benefits once hired on.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Load, unload and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using as a Reach Forklift.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any issues to the warehouse supervisor.
- Load and unload materials using a crane as necessary, ensuring all materials are secured properly for transport.
- Perform tasks related to shipping and receiving, including receiving and inspecting products, and preparing products for shipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and equipment maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse supervisor and other team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives.
- Ensure all products are stored and retrieved correctly, following warehouse supervisor guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Racks are 25 feet tall, you must be comfortable elevating in the cherry picker to those heights.
- You should be willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed.
- Stay fit doing hands-on work.
- You can expect to lift to 80 lbs.
- Be on the move.

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be qualified as to visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee must frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Occasionally exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires (e.g., rolling, destocking, team lifting) conduct team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL (self-retracting lifeline). All equipment is provided by U.S. AutoForce except for steel / composite toe boots. All team members must be able to adhere with safety and manufacture guidelines for compliant use of all protective equipment.
Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires and occasionally car parts and lubricants are prevalent.
- 1 year of prior work experience operating a cherry picker lift
- Must Pass E- Verify
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check (NO THEFT , AGGRAVATED ASSAULT or CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY and ANIMALS)
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be bilingual.
- Must have your own transportation (no public transportation in area)
- Ability to work accurately with lengthy part numbers.
- Above average scanning accuracy
- Neat and well organized
- Ability to lift up-to 80 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet.
- Work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Basic computer/RF scanner experience
