Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety across our facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a hygienic, organized, and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning and custodial tasks, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Prior janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience is highly valued. Must have a valid drivers license, auto insurance, Pass UA and pass a background check.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across multiple areas of the facility
- Conduct detailed floor care, to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as cleaning, restroom sanitation
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, restrooms, and production spaces
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment for all staff and visitors
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Good organizational skills to prioritize daily tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks safely

Pay: $17.28 - $18.28 per hour
