Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Domain Experience: 3 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally within the health insurance or healthcare sector.
- Data Analytics & Querying: Advanced proficiency in BigQuery (mandatory) and SQL for data extraction, analytics, and reporting.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and front-end frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular) to support requirements gathering and UI validation.
- Reporting & Visualization: Experience defining and documenting reporting and dashboarding requirements; ability to create interactive front-end presentations for business communication and stakeholder review.
- Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical and business problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making.
- Documentation Expertise: Skilled in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Use Cases, and User Stories.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Agility & Independence: Strong time management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Additional Skills (Preferred/Industry Best Practice):
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker Studio).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to API integrations and data exchange between front-end and backend systems.
