What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tier 3 Enterprise Management (EM) Administor position at A1FED Inc?
Location: DHA locations in and around San Antonio, TX
Clearance Required: Public Trust (ADP/IT-II) via Tier 3 federal Background Investigation (NACLC)
EM Admin provides senior-level support for enterprise management (EM) toolsets and ensure secure, efficient, and stable operation of the DHA's hybrid IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain EM tools: MECM, Intune, Azure AD, and related Microsoft enterprise platforms.
- Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for complex infrastructure and endpoint issues.
- Perform configuration management and security compliance using automation.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, service desk, and engineering teams on enterprise-wide support strategies.
- Monitor system performance and support after-hours operations when needed.
Qualifications: Experience with MECM/SCCM, Group Policy, Intune, and cloud hybrid infrastructure.
Education & Certification Requirements (per DoD 8140 Qualification Matrices)
1) Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
2) Any of the following...
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- OR 1 of the following: Security CE, SSCP, GSEC, Cloud , GICSP, GLSC, or CISSP
