Role Designation: Management Analyst - Level II
Federal Background Investigation Required: Tier 2 (T2)
Required Experience: Four (4) years with a Bachelor’s degree or eight (8) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
Functional Responsibility: Conducts organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short/long term organizational growth and success. Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on assignments.
