Field Laborer – Septic & Excavation (Full-Time)
A1 Septic & Excavating is looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our crew. We’re a business that takes pride in doing the job right the first time—and we expect the same from anyone who works with us.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with septic system installation, repair, and maintenance
- Working on residential and commercial water and sewer lines
- Operating around heavy equipment (backhoes, dozers, etc.)
- Digging, trenching, grading, and site prep
- Helping with lift stations, foundations, driveways, and waterproofing
- Septic tank cleaning, inspections, and pump/filter installs
- General labor to support the crew and keep jobs moving

- Ability to listen, learn, and use common sense on the job
- Willingness to work until the job is done
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and handle physical work daily
- Respect for equipment, property, and the crew
Experience:
- Experience in excavation, septic, construction, or similar field preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical job site environment
- Ability to think on your feet and use good judgment on the job
- Valid driver’s license
