Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise transactions
• Assist with food preparation, food handling, and sanitation to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Support servers by bussing tables, managing food delivery, and upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage reservations and guest seating using OpenTable or similar reservation platforms to optimize restaurant flow
• Uphold food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices throughout all areas of the restaurant
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, including nightlife or nightclub settings if applicable

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife venues
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in food handling, food preparation, cashiering, or serving roles is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling and transactions
• Prior host/hostess experience or experience working at a nightclub or similar venue is a plus
