Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble pizzas on the designated pizza line, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
• Follow standardized recipes and menu specifications to deliver authentic flavors and presentation
• Operate pizza ovens efficiently, monitoring cooking times and temperatures for optimal results
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station, adhering to food safety standards at all times
• Assist with ingredient prep, including dough stretching, topping portioning, and ingredient replenishment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
• Uphold food handling protocols, ensuring proper storage, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen roles within the food industry or restaurant environment is highly preferred
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with food handling safety practices
• Experience with menu planning and meal preparation in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of culinary techniques related to pizza making, including dough handling and cooking methods
• Excellent food service skills with an emphasis on quality presentation and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus but not required
