This role is ideal for a technically solid, organized Project Manager who enjoys balancing field work, client communication, and construction administration while leading projects from investigation through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple active restoration and façade projects with support from senior leadership
- Lead site visits, façade inspections, and field surveys to document existing conditions and construction progress
- Prepare and coordinate construction documents, technical details, and specifications for repair and rehabilitation work
- Support façade restoration, exterior rehabilitation, historic preservation, FISP compliance, forensic investigations, and parking structure projects
- Review contractor submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings and communicate design intent
- Lead construction administration including site observations, progress meetings, punch lists, and contractor coordination
- Track project schedules, budgets, and action items through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal technical teams
- Prepare site reports, client updates, and technical documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 4 years of NYC experience in building envelope, restoration, façade, FISP, forensic, or construction administration work
- Experience managing active construction administration projects
- Familiarity with NYC codes and DOB coordination preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, Word, and project tracking tools
- Revit experience is a plus, but not required
Role Details
- Field-based role: Approximately 25%–75% field work depending on project needs
- Hybrid flexibility available after onboarding
- Primarily in-office and on-site during initial training period
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $105,000 – $125,000 (based on experience)
