✨ What You’ll Do
⚙️ Systems & Processes
- Help build and improve HR workflows, documentation, and reporting
- Manage updates and troubleshooting in UKG Ready and other HR systems
- Support compliance activities, including file audits and required postings
- Serve as a first point of contact for day-to-day employee HR questions
- Provide guidance on policies, benefits, and leave programs
- Escalate complex matters to the Sr. Manager as needed

- Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and vendor coordination
- Support engagement, recognition, and LMS programs to enhance employee development
- Ensure smooth coordination across onboarding, offboarding, and HR processes
- 3 years of HR/People Ops experience
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (UKG Ready preferred)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills — able to analyze data, create reports, and develop presentations
- Experience with LMS administration is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a process improvement mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certification a plus)
