Packaging Supervisor (Night Shift 3:30pm-12am)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily packaging operations within our pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience with high-speed packaging lines, and a thorough understanding of cGMP and FDA requirements. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure compliance, maintain product quality, and lead a team to meet production goals in a fast-paced, regulated setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce cGMP standards, safety procedures, and SOP compliance across all packaging operations
• Oversee daily packaging schedules and ensure production lines meet efficiency and output targets
• Monitor in-process packaging operations, including line clearance, weight checks, and seal integrity testing
• Identify, document, and manage deviations, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution
• Review Batch Production Records for accuracy and completeness
• Manage material reconciliation and inventory tracking using ERP systems such as JDE
• Train, supervise, and support packaging operators, material handlers, and line leaders
• Coordinate with maintenance and mechanical teams to troubleshoot equipment and ensure proper calibration
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant packaging areas

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or medical device packaging operations. (Required)
• Bilingual: English/ Spanish. Must be able to write in English (Required)
• A strong understanding of cGMP, FDA regulations, and sterile or controlled packaging environments is required.
• The role requires leadership ability, technical troubleshooting skills, and strong attention to documentation accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems such as JDE are preferred.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,957.51 - $60,000.00 per year
