Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audio Visual Technician based in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities include setting up, operating, and maintaining audio visual (AV) equipment for corporate events and meetings. The technician will troubleshoot technical issues, conduct tests to ensure equipment functionality, and support video conferencing, lighting, and projector systems during events. The role requires working collaboratively with event teams to ensure flawless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Audio Visual (AV) systems, including setup, operation, and maintenance
- Experience with digital audio mixers
- Strong troubleshooting skills to address technical issues effectively and efficiently
- Familiarity with video presentation equipment, such as switchers, camera, scalers, etc

- Knowledge of lighting and projector systems for events
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under time constraints
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Prior experience in event staging or AV equipment handling is a must!
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in AV equipment are advantageous
