What are the responsibilities and job description for the Snow Plow Operator/ Skid loader/ shoveler position at A to Z Pool Service, llc?
Looking for experienced snow plow drivers, skid loader drivers, and snow blower help. 2 years minimum of Commercial and residential plowing experience required. Snowblower/ shovelers need no experience, we will train you. Must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record . You will be driving a Ram or Ford pick-up using either strait or V-plow. Late model CAT skid loader, TORO snow blowers. You must be available 24/7 whenever the snow flies. Snow removal is in the GRAFTON area only, so you must live near the area to apply. Normal start time is between midnight and 4:00 in the morning. Skid loader drivers start at $43 per hour. Truck drivers start at $40 per hour. Snow blower help starts at $27 per hour. Always PAID in full 7 days after snow event! Also need help April through October.Company DescriptionWe have been in business for 39 years and are a very well known Swimming Pool installation company. Employees work very close with each other as a team. Starting wage with no experience is $25 per hour with a raise after a 30 day probationary period. Experienced employees can start as high as $30 per hour. Average work week is over 40 hours with time and 1/2 paid for over 40 hours. College students are welcome to apply, your summer break is our busy season.
