- Operate CNC Vertical Mills in our non-production department
- Set up, run, and inspect parts to ensure tight tolerances and top quality
- Read blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions like a pro
- Work with state-of-the-art equipment in a clean, climate-controlled shop
- Collaborate with a dedicated and experienced team that takes pride in what they do
- 3 years of experience operating and setting up CNC Vertical Mills
- Familiarity with G-code and precision machining
- Attention to detail and commitment to doing things right
- A teamwork mindset and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn, grow, and support a winning culture
- 2nd shift = 3 days on, 4 days off (hello, long weekends!)
- 7% shift premium
