Responsibilities
Manage and resolve customer service inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Process customer accounts, and file documents.
Offer & execute annual reviews for personal lines customers explaining benefits of the policies we offer & re-shopping/re-writing policies as needed.
Advising & processing claims for customers & setting follow-ups to make sure the claims go smoothly.
Educating & offering & upselling & cross-selling existing customers other lines of business or endorsements.
Basic quoting for existing customers calling in to add a line of business that they don't currently have.
Using our agency management system & client relationship management system to document all customer & prospect activity.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative.
Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Friendly, positive, & enthusiastic attitude.
Reliable, trustworthy, & dependable.
Good computer & technology skills, tech savvy.
Self-motivator, detail-oriented, & a fast learner.
Insurance license not required to apply, but would be required within 30 days of starting employment.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
