Job Summary
A Time 2 Heal Mental Health Services LLC is a behavioral health agency providing:

We are currently restructuring and seeking a strong Clinical Supervisor to lead with accountability and clinical excellence.The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for clinical oversight, staff supervision, documentation approval, and compliance enforcement.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong knowledge of Medicaid behavioral health services.
Duties
Requirements
- Provide weekly clinical supervision to assigned staff (QMHP, PRS, clinicians)
- Review and approve documentation within 24–48 hours
- Ensure all services meet medical necessity and billing standards
- Oversee:

- Crisis documentation
- CEPP (Crisis Education & Prevention Plan)
- Discharge planning
- Conduct chart audits and enforce documentation corrections
- Participate in Quality Improvement and Risk Management processes
