Our women’s clothing boutique in Spring Valley, NY is seeking an experienced Seamstress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sewing, alterations, and garment fittings. We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform alterations and tailoring on women’s clothing
- Conduct customer fittings and provide professional recommendations
- Complete sewing, repairs, and custom work as needed
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace
- Work collaboratively with staff to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience with sewing, alterations, and garment fitting
- Must speak English
- Ability to work full-time
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and with attention to detail
