Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Worker for a full-time, on-site position in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will contribute directly to a variety of home improvement and renovation projects, including flooring installation, framing, painting, and general construction tasks.
This position offers hands-on experience with multiple aspects of residential construction, giving you the opportunity to develop new skills, take on increasing responsibility, and potentially grow into roles in estimating, project management, and other areas of construction operations. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform flooring installation and general renovation work on residential projects
- Assist with framing, painting, site preparation, and other construction tasks as needed
- Learn and implement effective construction techniques and home improvement methods
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment on all job sites
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to client satisfaction
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve workflow, project outcomes, and overall efficiency
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, home renovation, or related fields
- Proficiency in flooring installation techniques
- Knowledge of framing, painting, and other general construction skills is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and operate construction tools safely
- Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and guidelines
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company, including potential exposure to estimating, project management, and other construction roles
