Full job description
We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team.
Candidates must have previous sushi-making experience.
Experience in general kitchen work or line cooking only will not be considered.
Must have experience with sushi preparation, knife skills, fish handling, sushi rolls, and
maintaining sushi station.
- Minimum 1 year Sushi Chef Experience preferred
- Experience with sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and fish preparation required
- Able to work as a Team
- Lunch Provided
- Eagerness to learn
- Customer Service Oriented
- 6 days per week
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Rides are available in Palisades Park, NJ
