Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager / Owner's Rep located in San Francisco, CA. The daily tasks include overseeing and coordinating a large new ground up lab project in Mission Bay. Representing the owner and end user from the early design stage theough completion of aproximately 44 month long project, that is funded and starting now. Construction Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget and meetsthe programatic and quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Coordination and Project Management skills
- Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
- Strong construction cost and schedule control management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in San Francisco, CA
- Experience with laboratory, clinical and vivarium construction is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
