HireArt is helping our client find a Vehicle Build Technician to support its vehicle build team.In this role, you’ll work closely with the NPI manager to build fleet expansion vehicles and provide hands-on maintenance support for an active fleet.The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, enjoys fixing cars and computers, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical environment. As a Vehicle Build Technician, you will:Support the assembly, modification, testing, and troubleshooting of FLEX vehicles, including associated assemblies and sub-assemblies.Fabricate and fit-check mounts, brackets, and electrical harnesses as needed.Assist with testing, installation, and configuration of ADAS components, such as cameras, LIDARs, and RADARs.Provide troubleshooting and maintenance support for fleet vehicles, with availability for travel across the United States and internationally based on project needs.Help maintain an organized and efficient shop environment through general cleanup and workspace upkeep.Assist with inventory management tasks.
