Grounds Care Specialists

An established and growing local Grounds Management company is seeking to hire experienced Grounds Maintenance Specialists for commercial and residential properties. We are a company that grows stronger with our employees! Our teams are working to keep properties looking their best to include regular cuts, hedge trimming, mulch installation, leaf removal, etc.

We offer paid holidays and 1-week paid vacation after 1 year of full time service, and overtime is paid over 40 hours each week. There are opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow.

People we are looking for should have the following:

• Experience with commercial mowers (walk behind and ride on/standers), stick edger, weed eater, blower, and various hand tools is a plus
• Dependability and prompt arrival each day
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a Team Player is a must!
• Friendly demeanor and able to greet customers with a smile and helpful attitude
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job and lift up to 75lb consistently
• Ability to work in various weather including high/low temperatures and light rain
• Pride in your work, ownership of the job you are working on
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is great and could be a pay increase
• Valid pesticide applicators license if you want to get involved with herbicides and fertilizer applications! We can also train people and help prepare for the test
• Opportunities to train as a supervisor for qualified candidates
