Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourJob description:Location: Raleigh, NC (serving the Triangle area — Angier, Garner, Clayton, and surrounding communities)Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-TimePay: Flat rate per job/day (competitive, based on experience)About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Concrete Pump Operator to join our growing team in the Raleigh area. The operator will be responsible for driving, operating, and maintaining a concrete pump truck on a variety of commercial and residential job sites.This position offers consistent weekday work and a flat-rate pay structure.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a concrete pump truck to place concrete on job sites throughout the Triangle area and surrounding regions.Drive to and from job sites.Inspect the concrete pump daily for proper operation and perform minor maintenance as needed.Set up, prime, and operate the pump per company and safety procedures.Communicate effectively with contractors and site crews to ensure safe and efficient concrete placement.Clean the pump and equipment at the end of each job.Maintain accurate job records and report any issues or delays to dispatch.RequirementsValid CDL (Class B or higher) with a clean driving record (required).Experience operating a concrete pump truck preferred (willing to train the right candidate).Ability to lift and move heavy hoses, work outdoors, and perform physical tasks.Knowledge of concrete and construction safety practices.Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.BenefitsFlat-rate pay (consistent weekly earnings)Monday–Friday schedulePaid training (if needed)Steady year-round work with a respected local companyJob Type: Full-timeLicense/Certification: CDL License (Required) Ability to Commute: Raleigh, NC 27629 (Required) Work Location: In person
